Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, establishing meaningful therapeutic relationships while upholding professional standards and ethics.

• Conduct regular client sessions to assess their mental health progress, discuss stability, set future appointments, and facilitate discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Create, implement, and continuously evaluate individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
\n
• Document client interactions and progress notes accurately and promptly to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
\n
• Conduct thorough intake assessments to form initial therapeutic baselines and understand client histories.
\n
• Deliver individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities to suit different client requirements.

• Participate actively in individual supervision sessions, engaging in constructive feedback and reflective practices.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare providers to create integrated care plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will support a diverse outpatient population, including adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges, as well as children and families in need of crisis intervention or skill-building strategies. By offering compassionate and tailored therapeutic services, you will help clients navigate their mental health challenges, ultimately contributing to improved quality of life and community well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current and active License as a Professional Counselor (LPC) with no restrictions, ensuring independent practice.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience working in an outpatient clinical setting.

• Proficiency with digital platforms, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, RMS software, and electronic health record systems such as PIMSY.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families in an outpatient context.

• Comfort and familiarity with completing comprehensive intake assessments and implementation of treatment protocols.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This rewarding position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skills. We utilize a Fee-for-Service model that guarantees income with upfront payments prior to billing collections. Additional compensation through bonus opportunities is also available.
