Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to gauge clients' mental health needs, concerns, and therapeutic goals, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies.

• Lead couples and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques to improve relationship dynamics, communication skills, and family interaction patterns.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that are responsive to client needs, setting mutually agreed-upon objectives and selecting appropriate interventions.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients undergoing acute psychological distress, ensuring a safe and empathetic environment.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health conditions and coping strategies, while connecting them to supplementary community resources.

• Maintain precise and confidential records of client interactions, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to relevant ethical and legal guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The full-time Licensed Professional Counselor position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
