Key Responsibilities\n

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each client’s unique needs, conducting comprehensive initial assessments to identify areas of focus.

• Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices rooted in CBT, DBT, psychodynamic theory, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers and medical professionals, to deliver comprehensive client care and address all aspects of client health.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of client information.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
