Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of clients and building strong therapeutic alliances to promote effective treatment outcomes.

• Conducting regular sessions to assess client progress, resilience, and future goals, and facilitating discharge as necessary.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized, person-centered treatment plans, adjusting strategies as needed based on client feedback and clinical observations.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress notes, treatment plans, and intake assessments, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and develop initial treatment strategies.

• Engaging in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and address professional development.

• Collaborating with healthcare providers to create comprehensive treatment approaches that address co-occurring conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on youth clients, including adolescents facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
