Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to craft personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various formats including individual, couples, family, and group counseling sessions.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, ensuring adaptability to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to guarantee comprehensive care that addresses clients' diverse needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from varied backgrounds and experiences, seeking assistance for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
