Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess the psychological and emotional needs of clients.

• Creating individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and evidenced-based practices.

• Facilitating open communication with interdisciplinary teams, including supervisors, family members, and other healthcare professionals to share updates on client progress.

• Maintaining accurate and organized records to ensure that all pertinent information is accessible to appropriate team members.

• Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance program execution and support continuous improvement.

• Completing monthly and quarterly progress reports to evaluate clients' development and treatment efficacy.

• Conducting follow-up sessions, including home visits and observations, to measure ongoing needs and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience.

• Demonstrated expertise in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed treatment, and/or substance abuse counseling is highly desirable.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards governing the field of mental health counseling.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with various client demographics.

• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
