Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Brave Mind Mental Clinic, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the needs and goals of patients under your care.

• Facilitating communication between patients, family members, guardians, and the healthcare team to relay updates and progress reports.

• Developing and sharing individualized treatment plans with supervisors that outline appointment schedules, home visits, and follow-up sessions.

• Organizing and performing home visits when necessary for personalized in-home observations and interventions.
\n
• Ensuring accurate implementation and documentation of program strategies while adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Participating in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to discuss patient progress and collaborate on best practices.

• Completing monthly and quarterly progress reports that document treatment efficacy and patient development.

• Conducting follow-up interviews, home visits, and assessments to evaluate ongoing patient needs.

• Managing client records to guarantee information is organized and accessible.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, you will need:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely-related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
