Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Brave Mind Mental Clinic, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating ongoing communication among supervisors, clinical staff, and family members to keep all parties informed about patient development.

• Developing comprehensive treatment plans that include a combination of in-person appointments, home visits, and virtual sessions to cater to the individual requirements of your patients.

• Organizing home visits for in-home observations and additional data collection as part of your assessment process, ensuring that the treatment plan is implemented comprehensively.

• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings and contributing actively to discussions centered around patient care and treatment effectiveness.

• Completing monthly and quarterly reports to track patient progress and update the treatment strategy when necessary.

• Arranging training sessions for team members to enhance their skills in executing the program plan effectively and maintaining proper documentation.
