This position offers a fully remote work environment, allowing you the flexibility to connect with clients around the clock. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including individual therapy sessions focused on stress reduction and overall well-being.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients' challenges, stressors, and therapeutic goals, tailoring interventions specifically to their needs.

• Guide clients in practicing a variety of mindfulness techniques, meditation, and breathing exercises aimed at enhancing self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate group workshops that focus on mindfulness practices and resilience-building strategies, promoting community engagement and shared learning.

• Document client progress meticulously, including mindfulness interventions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and healthcare providers to refine and enhance integrated treatment plans.

By employing mindfulness-based strategies, you will help clients develop effective coping mechanisms and achieve a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required; a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is preferred.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona is mandatory.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mindfulness practices and the ability to incorporate these into therapeutic settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
