Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' traumatic experiences and identify optimal treatment methods.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), during sessions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that empower patients to process their trauma, cultivate coping strategies, and foster healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and allied health professionals to ensure patients receive integrated and comprehensive care tailored to their unique needs.

• Provide crisis intervention support in acute trauma-related situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of all patients.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses and introduce them to effective coping mechanisms and community resources.

• Maintain precise and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines using state-of-the-art electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals suffering from trauma-related disorders, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges exacerbated by traumatic experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist in the state of Texas.

• Substantial knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment methods.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Recovery Mind Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a rewarding salary, we provide:
