Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand each patient's unique trauma history and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to support patient healing.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, encouraging patients to process their trauma, develop coping mechanisms, and foster empowerment.

• Collaboratively work with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for our clients.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, responding to trauma-related emergencies with compassionate support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a regionally accredited institution.
