Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain a thorough understanding of clients' mental health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), depending on the needs of the client.

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish therapeutic goals, continuously monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy options, allowing clients who may face geographical barriers or prefer virtual engagement the opportunity to receive support.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress to comply with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Engage actively in ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical skills, staying updated with cutting-edge practices and emerging research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed mental health counselor at New Life Recovery & Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse patient population that encompasses individuals facing various mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. This role requires a commitment to understanding and respecting the unique experiences of each client, promoting a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship.
