Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments to identify the unique needs of each new patient and their families.

• Provide tailored individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities appropriate for maintaining engagement and addressing challenges.

• Manage administrative tasks diligently by completing billing, thorough documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms within specified time frames.

• Develop crisis plans and safety strategies for clients as necessary, ensuring a supportive framework for stable functioning.

• Design and implement discharge plans that facilitate the transition of clients back into community settings with continuous support.
\n
• Adhere to all federal and state laws, regulatory compliance requirements, and NEHS policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of care.

• Engage in professional development through ongoing training and education to enhance your clinical skills and stay updated with industry advancements.

• Participate in regular case consultations and agency meetings to share insights and develop cohesive treatment strategies with your team.

• Complete all required licensure and mandatory training to ensure compliance with professional expectations.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling, or a related field that supports licensure.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) within the state of Arizona.

• Experience in telehealth services and familiarity with remote counseling practices is highly desirable.

• Previous work within multidisciplinary teams or community mental health settings.
