Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health issues using a variety of clinical methods, interpreting data to formulate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual client assessments, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, facilitating discussions that help clients articulate their feelings and develop coping strategies.

• Offer immediate support during crises, assessing the nature of an acute mental health emergency and providing interventions to ensure client safety.

• Maintain precise electronic health records, including detailed treatment plans, progress notes, and follow-up assessments, in adherence to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in teamwork with an interdisciplinary group of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we are pleased to offer a sign-on bonus to selected candidates. Benefits include:
