Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop effective treatment plans tailored to each individual.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or other relevant techniques based on the unique goals of clients.

• Deliver timely crisis intervention support for clients encountering acute mental health situations or emergencies, employing evidence-based strategies to stabilize and assist clients.

• Document and maintain accurate, confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Work in a collaborative manner with interdisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers—to ensure comprehensive, client-centered care.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment strategies, and available community resources, actively advocating for clients’ rights and needs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with evolving best practices in therapy, attending workshops and training sessions when applicable.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience, along with a generous sign-on bonus.
