Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to determine their unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Provide tailored individual and family therapy sessions that focus on the specific therapeutic requirements identified during the assessment phase.

• Maintain accurate and timely billing, documentation, and treatment planning, including thorough completion of insurance authorization forms.

• Develop and implement crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to help clients achieve stable functioning and manage challenges effectively.

• Assess ongoing client needs and create appropriate discharge plans that outline the next steps in their mental health journey.

• Adhere strictly to all applicable federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and Phoenix Rising's policies and procedures to deliver ethically sound practice.

• Engage in professional development activities to maintain licensure and enhance clinical skills, including required training and certification updates.

• Participate in case consultations and agency meetings to foster team collaboration and shared learning experiences.

Qualifications\n
