This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while also providing resources for in-person outpatient services when necessary. We support a work schedule that prioritizes work-life balance, with regular operating hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, while also accommodating varying patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused strategies.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring a tailored approach to each individual's therapeutic journey.

• Maintain accurate client records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and other applicable standards, safeguarding client confidentiality and trust.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and peer counselors, to enhance the quality of care provided.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, bolstering skills and methodologies to improve patient outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to promote sustained engagement in their recovery process.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
