Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a vibrant and supportive outpatient office atmosphere. Our work setting promotes collaboration among multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and licensed therapists. We prioritize efficient communication and shared resources to provide exceptional care to our clients. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required based on the needs of the patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand the individual needs and circumstances of each client, employing evidence-based practices to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to help clients effectively manage their mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards to protect client privacy.

• Engage in weekly case consultations and peer review meetings, fostering an environment of continuous learning and care improvement within the treatment team.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health disorders, treatment options, and community resources available for further support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include diverse individuals of varying ages and backgrounds who are grappling with conditions such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and other emotional and psychological challenges. As a therapist at We Rise, you will play a critical role in helping these individuals to navigate their mental health journeys, ultimately aiming to foster improvements in their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, allowing for personalized and adaptable care for clients.

• Excellent communication skills coupled with strong interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

While a Bachelor's degree is the minimum educational requirement, we highly value candidates with advanced degrees.
