Work Environment\n

This position is structured to operate in a remote setup, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance, while still maintaining accountability through a consistent work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While primarily remote, our therapists occasionally engage in in-person sessions at our outpatient office as patient needs arise. You'll have the benefit of working in a supportive environment where mental health caseload review meetings, therapeutic supervision, and team consultations are actively encouraged to foster professional development.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological needs, determining the most effective therapeutic interventions tailored to their individual circumstances.

Qualifications\n
