Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing rapport through effective communication while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess progress, address any concerns, and plan the next steps, including discharge when appropriate.

• Create, implement, and continuously monitor personalized treatment plans that cater to the individual needs of each client.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation, including progress notes and client assessments, to ensure compliance and quality care.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and develop appropriate service plans.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster healing and personal growth.

• Engage in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure professional development.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
