Key Responsibilities\n

In this role as a Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks, including:

• Managing a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport, and fostering positive working relationships grounded in trust and professional ethics.

• Conducting regular sessions with clients to review their progress, stability, and overall treatment goals, including discussions on upcoming appointments and potential discharge plans.

• Designing, implementing, and monitoring person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, adjusting approaches as necessary.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client in accordance with organizational guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele for this position will be youth dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
