Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients by establishing trusting relationships, while adhering to ethical standards and maintaining professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to monitor progress, address challenges, review upcoming appointments, and appropriately prepare clients for discharge.

• Develop, implement, and regularly assess individualized treatment plans centered around the client’s needs and goals.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to support clinical effectiveness.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to ascertain the needs and eligibility of new clients.
\n
• Deliver engaging individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to facilitate client growth.

• Participate actively in supervision sessions to gain insights and enhance clinical skills.

• Collaborate with a network of other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and support to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a varied patient demographic, including adults, children, and families facing an array of mental health challenges. In this role, your primary focus will be on providing person-centered care tailored to the unique needs of each client. This may involve addressing anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and other mental health concerns through empathetic and strategic therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted LPC license in Texas.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in an outpatient counseling setting is essential.

• Strong proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and clinical management software.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The anticipated salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package.
