Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, actively establishing rapport and cultivating positive, therapeutic relationships while adhering to ethical guidelines and professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor progress, discuss treatment plans, and facilitate discharge when appropriate, ensuring continuity and quality of care.

• Develop, implement, and continually assess person-centered treatment plans, tailoring therapeutic interventions according to individual client needs.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes to uphold best practices in mental health care.

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and therapeutic needs comprehensively.

• Hold individual counseling sessions with clients several times per week, employing evidence-based techniques to address their unique challenges.

• Participate in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and professional growth, while offering insights to improve therapeutic methods.

• Collaborate effectively with healthcare providers and co-workers to ensure integrated care and maximize client outcomes across various disciplines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LPC works primarily with a diverse outpatient population, engaging with individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating sound therapeutic practices.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology, including software applications for documentation (Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, PIMSY) as part of routine client management.

• Extensive experience providing direct psychotherapy services, particularly in individual and family contexts.

• Ability to perform comprehensive intake assessments with sensitivity and professionalism.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a variety of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and family systems therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, complemented by a broad spectrum of benefits aimed at ensuring the wellbeing of our employees.
