Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and initial assessments to create customized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic, integrated approach to client care, participating in regular case reviews and collaborative treatment meetings.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, webinars, and pursuing certifications to stay abreast of the latest mental health trends and treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client caseload may include individuals, couples, families, and groups facing various challenges including, but not limited to, stress management, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma recovery, and substance abuse. We prioritize creating a safe and nurturing environment where clients from all walks of life can feel heard and supported.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal requirements and ethical standards governing counseling practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Proficient in utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and other relevant software applications.
