Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload by establishing rapport and maintaining positive relationships with clients, always observing professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to evaluate progress, discuss stability, and plan for future appointments or discharge when suitable.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are focused on client needs and personal goals.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress notes, ensuring accurate records for each client in compliance with organizational and legal standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to ascertain clients' needs and formulate appropriate treatment strategies.

• Engage in individual psychotherapy sessions weekly, providing direct therapy and support to clients.

• Take part in ongoing supervision sessions for professional development and to enhance clinical competencies.

Qualifications\n
