Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients’ mental health needs, creating individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Deliver therapeutic services to individuals, groups, couples, and families using various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards governing mental health practices.

• Stay informed about advancements in psychotherapeutic methods and mental health research through participation in workshops and continual education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Inner Balance Therapy, you will serve a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
