Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, however, our outpatient office in Eugene serves as a collaborative space for team meetings and community connection. We operate on a standard Monday to Friday schedule, with no evening or weekend obligations, which promotes a healthy work-life balance. The therapist will be part of a multidisciplinary team, engaging in regular consultations and team-building activities to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead dynamic group therapy sessions that foster safe spaces for clients to connect, share experiences, and support one another. You'll encourage open dialogue and facilitate skill development within the group context.

• Conduct Individual Therapy: Offer compassionate, tailored counseling sessions that examine clients' thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Work collaboratively with clients to develop personal coping strategies and action plans.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and aligned with their unique needs and preferences, ensuring measurable outcomes.

• Monitor Progress: Assess client progress using various assessment tools, providing regular updates and using feedback for ongoing treatment adjustments. Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and progress.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other professionals within the clinic to deliver coordinated care. Regularly participate in case consultations, sharing insights and strategies to optimize client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license required.

• Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in motivational interviewing and therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
