Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to the specific needs and preferences of clients.

• Develop personalized treatment plans by assessing clients' emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges, setting achievable goals for their progress.

• Provide ongoing support, motivation, and counseling techniques to assist clients in overcoming barriers to mental well-being.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers—to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation through our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and insurance requirements.

• Stay informed about the latest advances in the mental health field through continuous education and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will primarily work with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. As an LPC at Advocare, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate their unique experiences and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in counseling or a closely related field is required.

• An active and current state license as a professional counselor is mandatory.

• At least two years of clinical experience in providing counseling services to diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
