This remote role is situated within the framework of a community health clinic, allowing our counselors to provide essential mental health services to a broader population. Employees enjoy flexible scheduling, with full-time hours set from Monday to Friday, and optional part-time hours available from Monday to Saturday, catering to both team needs and personal preferences. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Victory Mind, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques to craft individualized therapy plans tailored to each individual's needs.

• Provide a range of therapeutic modalities to clients, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, groups, families, and couples, ensuring a supportive and safe environment conducive to healing.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive client care and support.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and training sessions to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, preferably in a clinical setting.
