Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a dedicated caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate progress, assess stability, and address any upcoming appointments or discharges when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continually monitor personalized treatment plans for each client, ensuring they reflect the client’s goals and therapeutic needs.

• Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation of each client's progress, treatment interventions, and outcome measures in compliance with organizational policies.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments for new clients to better understand their unique challenges and prepare them for treatment.

• Engage in individual therapy sessions each week, employing therapeutic techniques that best address the specific needs of each client.

• Participate in individual supervision and team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and promote ongoing professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse outpatient population ranging from children to adults and families experiencing various mental health challenges. Our center serves individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Proficient with standard computer software, including Excel, RMS systems, and Outlook, with a comfort level using various electronic health record systems.

• Hands-on experience delivering psychotherapy services to both individuals and families.

• Skilled in conducting intake assessments to gather essential information on client history and presenting issues.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment, particularly with an emphasis on outpatient therapy. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a commitment to ongoing professional education is strongly preferred. Experience working with underrepresented communities will also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000, depending on experience and qualifications, alongside a fee-for-service model.
