Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a dedicated caseload of clients, ensuring that you establish rapport and maintain professional ethics while providing counseling services.

• Conduct regular review sessions with clients to track progress and stability, adjusting treatment as necessary, and facilitating timely discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and nurture personalized treatment plans with an emphasis on client-centered care.

• Maintain accurate, comprehensive documentation and progress notes, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• A current, active, unrestricted License as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Proficiency in utilizing technology and software tools, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Microsoft Outlook, and PIMSY for client management and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation structure rewards your expertise and dedication, with a salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually.
