Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and professional boundaries while delivering exceptional mental health counseling services.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, stability, and the appropriateness of discharge plans, focusing on their individual needs and treatment goals.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that their unique circumstances are addressed with evidence-based practices.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

• Perform intake assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of new clients and communicate findings to the interdisciplinary team.

• Engage in weekly individual supervision sessions to foster professional growth and enhance clinical skills.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to coordinate care and share resources for optimal client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, including adults, children, and families seeking support for a wide range of mental health challenges. You will work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various life transitions, all within a compassionate and safe setting that promotes healing and growth. Your role as a counselor will help our clients navigate their mental health journeys, empowering them to overcome obstacles and improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials with no restrictions on practice.

• Minimum of one year of clinical experience working in an outpatient setting post-graduation.

• Proficient in utilizing technology and software, including Outlook, RMS systems, Excel spreadsheets, and PIMSY for documentation and client management.
\n
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and groups; comfort with conducting intake assessments is required.

• Specialized training in evidence-based treatment modalities applicable to a variety of mental health conditions.

• Previous experience in a telehealth environment or familiarity with telehealth platforms will be advantageous.
