Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote and allows for a flexible work-life balance. As a member of our outpatient office, you will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse client base without the constraints of traditional office hours. Our modern digital communication tools ensure that you can connect with clients effectively and collaborate seamlessly with teammates and healthcare professionals. While there are no evening or weekend shifts, the core work schedule is set from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a comprehensive caseload of clients, developing and nurturing strong professional relationships while adhering to ethical boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate their progress, discuss current challenges, and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Create, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and mental health goals.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes meticulously to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to understand new clients' backgrounds and mental health histories fully.

• Engage in continuous professional supervision sessions to enhance skills and receive feedback on clinical practices.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will work with a varied client population, including individuals experiencing substance abuse issues, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and may face different life challenges, which require a tailored approach to counseling. This diversity enriches the therapeutic experience and allows you to employ a range of techniques catered to various mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active, unrestricted Oregon state LPC license.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional compensation includes:
