Our practice is outpatient focused, ensuring that you can provide vital counseling services without the constraints of traditional office hours. Our operating hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for weekends and evenings free for personal time, which greatly contributes to job satisfaction and overall mental well-being.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a designated caseload of clients, building strong therapeutic relationships founded on trust, professionalism, and ethical standards.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that center on the client's strengths and goals, continually monitoring their effectiveness.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments, analyzing clients’ histories, mental health status, and specific needs to inform treatment strategies.

• Document each client's progress meticulously, maintaining up-to-date notes that reflect the therapeutic journey and any significant developments.

• Participate in weekly individual supervision sessions to reflect on progress, challenges, and continuous professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a similar field is required to ensure a solid foundation in clinical theory and practice.
