Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to the specific needs of clients, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, holistic care for clients, including communication with psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and foster compliance with legal and ethical standards, protecting client confidentiality and dignity.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training, attending workshops and seminars to stay informed of the latest advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will work with a diverse client base, including individuals and families grappling with a range of mental health issues. Compensation and Benefits\n
