Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building strong, respectful therapeutic relationships while maintaining high professional ethics.

• Conduct regular client check-ins to review progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and schedule follow-up appointments.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans focusing on client-centered goals.

• Complete thorough intake assessments and document treatment plans in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

• Engage in both individual therapy sessions and group therapy as applicable, facilitating skills development and fostering peer support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a broad spectrum of clients, including those experiencing substance abuse issues, anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma-related challenges. Utilizing evidence-based practices, you will help empower clients to explore their concerns and achieve meaningful healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• An active, unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation, where previously developed skills can be demonstrated.

• Exceptional critical thinking, interpersonal communication, and listening skills to effectively engage with clients and other professionals.
