Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, establishing rapport through respectful communication and professional ethics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

By utilizing telehealth, we have expanded our reach, offering effective support that meets clients where they are—both geographically and emotionally.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• A valid and unrestricted LPC license in New Jersey is mandatory.

• At least one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Inner Strength Therapy Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 per year based on experience and credentials. We provide a fee-for-service compensation model with guaranteed rates that ensure timely payment ahead of collections. In addition to a base salary, clinicians have the opportunity for performance-based bonuses.
