Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing a range of methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers and medical professionals, to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse patient population that includes individuals experiencing various emotional difficulties, such as anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues. Our clientele ranges from young adults to seniors, with some clients facing challenges related to workplace dynamics or substance use. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

• Able to fulfill the requirements for internal credentialing in clinical settings.

• Minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients or those dealing with substance abuse issues.

• Experience in conducting assessments and providing both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Proficient in basic computer skills, with the ability to navigate digital documentation systems.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of one year of relevant experience is required, candidates with experience in evidence-based therapeutic practices, familiarity with telehealth platforms, and a background in community mental health will be given preference. Demonstrated success in building therapeutic rapport with clients will also be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
