Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's specific needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors serve a diverse range of clients within the Newark, New Jersey area, many of whom have limited access to traditional mental health services. You will address various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and family dynamics. We have a strong commitment to ensuring every individual receives compassionate care, regardless of their background or circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is required, demonstrating your capability to handle a variety of mental health concerns.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
