Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to create individualized therapy plans for each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop cohesive treatment strategies that address clients’ diverse needs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and staying updated with the latest research in mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Active and unrestricted New Jersey licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n
