Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients, assessing their mental health needs and formulating tailored treatment plans informed by evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual, couple, and family counseling sessions that address various psychological issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes, contributing to a holistic understanding of client care.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other counselors, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Uphold the highest standards of client confidentiality and ethical practice, proactively managing sensitive information in accordance with legal and organizational guidelines.

Our LPCs work with a diverse client base, ranging from children to adults, and address a wide spectrum of mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid state licensure as a Professional Counselor in New Jersey, ensuring adherence to relevant professional standards and regulations.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing counseling services, with demonstrated success in therapeutic outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
