Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at addressing those needs.

• Engage in therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, and families, employing various counseling modalities suited to their specific circumstances.

• Maintain detailed documentation of counseling sessions, including client progress notes and treatment modifications, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists and licensed social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practices in accordance with HIPAA regulations and state guidelines, fostering a safe therapeutic environment for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A relevant Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
