Our outpatient facility operates in a remote work setting, facilitating a flexible, yet structured approach to mental health therapy. Our work schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some requirement for schedule flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to identify client needs and formulate individualized treatment plans that adhere to evidence-based practices and clinical guidelines.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual, couple, and family therapy, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy tailored specifically to each client’s therapeutic goals.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups that address common mental health challenges, fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals within the clinic to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care, integrating medical and therapeutic strategies for optimal outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention services, guiding clients through critical moments to maintain safety and provide immediate support during mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and available resources within the community, promoting empowerment and self-advocacy.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic interventions.

• Proven ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and craft effective treatment strategies.

• Experience in providing therapy to both individuals and groups, with a strong cultural competency in working with diverse populations.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, essential for effective practice and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
