Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate mental health assessments to identify patients’ needs and establish effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to provide impactful interventions to individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a safe environment for discussion and community-building around common mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with other professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring a coordinated and holistic approach to each patient’s treatment.

• Respond to mental health crises by offering immediate interventions and support, demonstrating proficiency in crisis management.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, treatment options available, and community resources that can aid their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate, secure, and confidential patient records in compliance with both legal standards and ethical mandates.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals and families from various backgrounds, each facing unique mental health challenges. Our patients may include those experiencing severe emotional distress, co-occurring disorders, and a wide range of psychological issues requiring tailored therapeutic interventions. Your role will be instrumental in guiding them toward healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A recognized Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is essential for this position.

• A deep understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities is crucial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, reflective of the experience and expertise offered.
