Key Responsibilities\n

In this position, you will:

• Manage a client caseload by building effective rapport and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, make recommendations, and discuss upcoming appointments or discharges if necessary.

• Develop, implement, and consistently monitor personalized treatment plans focused on the unique needs of each client.

• Document client interactions and maintain accurate and timely progress notes as required by professional standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments for new clients to gather essential information for effective treatment planning.

• Provide individual therapy sessions weekly, employing various therapeutic modalities suited to client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
