Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that reflect their personal goals, cultural considerations, and therapeutic needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), through individual, family, couple, and group therapy sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their immediate psychological safety and stability.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and treatment plans, complying with clinic policies and relevant regulations.

• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation that enhances their abilities to effectively manage mental health challenges.

• Regularly assess treatment effectiveness through outcome evaluations, adjusting strategies as necessary to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Stay updated on the latest research, methodologies, and best practices in mental health to continuously improve clinical skills and patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado.

• Proven ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical mental health setting, preferably with trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approaches.

• Experience with various therapeutic modalities, including solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), is highly valued.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for clinical documentation is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
