Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Provide therapeutic interventions in individual, couple, family, and group therapy settings, utilizing proven strategies such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Manage crisis situations by providing timely intervention and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuous care for clients in acute distress.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to clinic policies as well as state and federal regulations.

• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, helping them develop skills and knowledge to manage mental health conditions effectively.

• Regularly assess treatment outcomes to ensure efficacy and make necessary adjustments to therapeutic approaches.

• Stay current on best practices, relevant research, and emerging trends in the field of mental health to continually enhance your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be serving individuals experiencing mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. You will be working with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each with their distinct experiences and cultural backgrounds. Your role will be instrumental in guiding clients through their challenges and fostering resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients from various cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates who have at least 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling. Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and evidence-based therapeutic techniques will be considered an asset. Experience in managing diverse client caseloads and navigating complex clinical situations is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
