Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments with clients to discuss goals and preferences, establishing individualized rehabilitation plans that reflect each client’s education levels, aptitudes, and aspirations.

• Collaborate with a network of providers, including physicians, occupational therapists, psychologist, and other specialists, to create, implement, and adapt rehabilitation programs tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain meticulous records of case files, documenting client information such as eligibility, insurance, services rendered, and treatment progress to ensure both compliance and the highest level of client care.

• Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups and feedback sessions, adjusting rehabilitation plans as necessary to meet changing needs and achieve desired outcomes.

• Engage with clients actively through job training and placement programs, swiftly addressing any concerns or obstacles they encounter in achieving their employment goals.

• Work collaboratively with clients’ support systems, such as family and friends, to identify additional resources that can enhance client outcomes.

• Adhere to ethical and professional standards in the delivery of mental health services, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients dealing with mental health and mood disorders. Your focus will be on providing individual and group counseling sessions aimed at facilitating recovery and improving daily functioning. By employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, you will help clients navigate their challenges while supporting their journey towards better mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field, including counseling, psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.
