Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will actively contribute to the development and delivery of evidence-based and holistic treatment programs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging, supportive group sessions that foster connection, understanding, and sharing among clients, helping them to learn from each other’s experiences.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to design individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to their unique needs, preferences, and backgrounds.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Current and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) designation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
