Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), you will:

• Lead group therapy sessions that facilitate open dialogue, allowing clients to share personal experiences, build connections, and learn from one another in a safe environment.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, offering personalized support to help clients explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors while developing tailored coping strategies.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented, sensitive to their needs, and structured to facilitate lasting change.

• Monitor client progress through the application of various assessment tools, ensuring evaluations are conducted regularly to adapt treatment approaches as necessary.
